We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”/“RGPD”) and Portuguese Law no. 58/2019.

What data we collect

• Contact form: your email address, your telephone number (optional), the subject and the content of your message.
• Server log files: when you visit the website, our provider automatically records the IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, the browser and the operating system used.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible booking or event — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
• To keep the website secure and stable — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as necessary to deal with them and for any subsequent business relationship, and thereafter for the periods required by Portuguese commercial and tax law. Server log files are deleted routinely, normally within 30 days.

Who receives your data

Your data is used only within our company and by service providers acting on our instructions as processors — in particular our hosting provider and our email provider. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it on for advertising purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.

In accordance with Law no. 144/2015 of 8 September, we inform consumers that alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies are available in Portugal. LAPA 92, LDA has not signed up to any arbitration centre.

5. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

These terms and the use of this website are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of Lisbon shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that consumers enjoy under the law of their country of residence.
